Waydoo Spain will not be liable for damages resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow the instructions for use, or negligence on the part of the user.

Products sold by Waydoo Spain are covered by the legal warranty established under Spanish legislation and, where applicable, by the commercial warranty offered by Waydoo. Specific warranty conditions are governed by our Warranty Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Waydoo Spain will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the use of our products or services. In any case, Waydoo Spain's maximum liability with respect to an order will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that order.
